With over 30 years of hands on experience, Robert Thelen provides professional on-site supervision of carpenters, and trade contractors. In addition, skilled Thelen framing carpenters average 10 years carpentry experience. Many Thelen carpenters have been with the company 5 years or longer.

Marianne Hurlburt, Project Manager
With over 20 years service to the company, Marianne oversees the daily progress of home construction after rough framing. By working closely with you on time sensitive decisions, Marianne keeps the construction of your new home on schedule. Her priority is to answer your questions and take care of your construction concerns. Her frequent visits to your home construction site and knowledge of the quality standards assure a home built to your exacting requirements.

Sue Williams, Financial Records Administrator
With over 10 years of experience, Sue prepares the building agreement and home specifications, subcontractor bids, and change order. Also prepares the financial documentation required for full compliance with banks and title companies. The financial complexities are taken care of to the last detail in an easy to understand format.

Jim Gage, Estimator
With over 10 years experience, Jim prepares the initial estimates and material take off that become part of the contract and specifications. He is also experienced applying for utility hook-ups, and building permits.
