State of Wisconsin Dwelling Code Council
For 15 years Randy Thelen has been a governor appointee to the Uniform Dwelling Code Council. The UDC eliminates building codes that differ from one municipality to the next, resulting in savings to the homeowner. The UDC Council also implements new building standards that result in a safer, better built home.
